Carter Day Disc Cylinder Separator
This machine combines the precision of disc separation with the
flexibility of indent cylinder separation.
This is 4 machines in one!
It includes a scalper, an aspiration, two sections of Carter discs,
and a Hart cylinder separator.
The end product will be divided 5 ways:
coarse roughage, light foreign materials, long foreign materials,
short foreign materials, and clean grain or seed.

It is gentle in motion so does not break the grain or hull the
grasses. It operates without shaking or vibrating.

"For separating vetch mixtures, the 2133 is the ideal machine.
It performs a clean-cup separation because it takes advantage of the
length differences between vetch and grain.
"It also is used extensively for
cleaning grasses such as orchard and fescues, and for separating
mixed grains. In cleaning oats, it removes the wheat, vetch,
cockle, barley, and other shorter foreign materials, including some
wild onion and garlic. It cleans barley thouroughly with
amazingly little shrinkage; and it removes form whatever grain is
being cleaned those elusive round seeds such as wild peas, or small
vetch, and mustard. Because of its precise accuracy on all
kinds of mixtures, it is highly recommended for cleaning grain for
seed as well as for market."
