Unit is powered by a 3 phase 3HP 208-230 / 460 volt eletric motor. 

Unit has an all stainless steel conveyor trough so it can be use in food grade applications.

The trough measures 36" wide, 6" deep, and 87" long on the long side and 71" long on the short side.

Unit is equipped with a grease line package.

Shipping dims are: 91" long, 55" wide, 43" high, and 3100 lbs.
